My name is Dorie Bert. I am the sole owner and also a Licensed Massage Therapist. Owning a spa has always been a dream of mine. Victoria Day Spa was named after my Grandmother, “Victoria” who was an inspiration to me when I was a child growing up.
I was born and raised in the Philippines. I am married and have the most wonderful and hard working husband, Rick Bert. He was born and raised here in Monroe, MI. Together we have three beautiful children, Clarissa, Nicholas, and Vanessa.
I sincerely want to thank all of our clients for their support throughout the past 14 years we have been in business. My goal is to bring a quality spa experience using top of the line products with a well-trained staff and to ensure that all clients have a stress free and relaxing visit during their services.

Preventative measures and intensified sanitation protocols intended to reduce the spread of COVID-19 have been implemented at Victoria Day Spa for your safety. However, because most of the services offered at VDS involve close physical proximity over an extended period of time in a closed space, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE CONTACT THE SPA TO RE-SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to provide a safe environment for our clients and staff!
Our Receptionist is available to assist you Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm and on Saturdays 9am to 4pm. Contact the Spa directly to book an appointment that is outside our normal hours. The City of Monroe offers free parking to all downtown customers. Street parking is available in the front of our location and also in the large city parking lot located along the River Raisin on the block between Monroe Street and Harrison. Two separate entrances to this parking lot are located on the right on this block. Please note that Front Street is a one-way street between Macomb and Harrison Streets, with all traffic leading in a West direction.
CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE 24-HOUR NOTICE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED.
Missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients and also result in a loss of income for our staff. Clients who cancel their appointment with less than a 24-hour notice or fail to show for their scheduled appointment WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL COST OF THE SERVICE BOOKED. We recognize that there are circumstances that may be out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and we may make an exception to the above policy on those rare occasions. LATE ARRIVALS are also subject to a shortened appointment time and will be required to pay the FULL COST of the service booked. Every client is important to us, and since our sessions are for the full allotted time billed, we want to be able to keep everyone on schedule.
